Originally I just wanted to dance but very quickly realized the cardio benefits of this program. Beginning with a one hour class once a week and then adding a second class almost immediately, I began to have more energy and noticed that my clothes fit better. This is a fun, energetic class with the added advantage of meeting other like-minded individuals interested in feeling and looking better. My annual doctor’s examination reflected positive results in my blood work, showing lower C- Reactive Protein levels with good Dexascan readings.
